DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
NOHO HOME offers free shipping in US on all orders over $100. NOHO HOME approved domestic shipping carriers are USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
All shipping rates depend on the shipping destination. Shipping and carrier options will be shown at the checkout screen. Shipping prices may fluctuate based on weight, time of purchase, and shipping location.
A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after purchase. Please allow NOHO HOME 1-3 business days to fully process and ship your order. Note that during holiday season, November & December, orders take 3-5 business days to process and ship.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your tracking information and expected delivery date.
Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to arrive from the date you placed your order.
If you have not received your order after 10 business days or if you have any other inquiries not listed in our Shipping Policy, please contact us at customercare@nohohomehawaii.com.
Exclusions may apply: For 8x10 area rugs, NOHO HOME offers free shipping but due to the size of the item, 8x10 area rugs have a $199 handling fee.

Once Shipped, packages will typically arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on your shipping location. Please allow 12-15 business days and check your tracking information before contacting us with further inquiries about your order.

TAXES & DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Your International country's taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees are your responsibility.
NOHO HOME is not responsible for any duty, import, or customs charges that you incur. These funds are not paid to NOHO HOME nor are they set by NOHO HOME, rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
If you used a promotion code on your order, you will be charged taxes and duties based on the original price. NOHO HOME is legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.
SALES TAX
Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and US territories: AL*, AR*, AZ*, CA*, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, IA, ID, IL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, LA*, MA, MD*, ME*, MI*, MN*, MO*, MS*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ*, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, UT, VA*, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY and Puerto Rico*. States and US territories marked with an asterisk also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges. Unless otherwise noted, all sales are made by NOHO HOME . Local sales tax of the delivery destination will charged.
NOHO HOME is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).
