Return and Exchange Policy

Our Return policy is valid for 30 days after receiving your item. No refunds or exchanges will be processed after 30 days have passed.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Holiday, personal toiletry items (inclusive of soaps), and cut fabric yardage are non-refundable. Gift Cards are non-refundable. All sales final on discounted and sale items.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please notify us if you intend to return any items for a refund or exchange by emailing us at customercare@nohohomehawaii.com. Please include all applicable information in your email, including your name, order number, phone number, mailing address, and a brief description as to why you are exchanging or seeking a refund for your item(s).

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, please allow 1-2 business days to process your request. We will notify you via email with an approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.


REFUNDS

After your return has been approved, we will begin the refund process. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process. Refunds will be issued for the amount paid at the time of your purchase and applied via your original method of payment.

If you have not received your refund after 5-7 business days, please check with your bank if there are any holds on your account. If there are no holds, please contact your credit card company to see if the transaction is still being processed.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Delivery times may vary. NOHO HOME cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items and will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

For items over $100, we highly recommend including tracking information with your refund/exchange.
