Big, bold and blue, our Hōʻolu Hiamoe Comforter is an elegant bedroom statement piece. Originally designed as part of a bed set, our Hōʻolu Hiamoe coastal comforter pairs perfectly with our Pili Sheet Set, Kanu Euro Shams, Loulu Square Pillow in Ivory/Celery, and Batik Lumbar Pillow in Ivory/Beige. Our Hōʻolu Hiamoe Hawaiian print comforter is reversible, with a second print on the backside.

The front side is the signature design of NOHO HOME. Kanu is the designer's graphic interpretation of the ʻawapuhi foliage. The name Kanu translates to "plant" in Hawaiian, and as the brand logo of NOHO HOME, it embodies the designer's intention to plant seeds of growth within the company, and additionallly, within Hawaiian culture and Hawaiʻi's local community.

Hōʻolu Hiamoe Comforter's back side blends two classic Hawaiian design elements into one. Specifically, the ʻUpena print is reinterpreted into a new oceanic fishnet design. By off-setting and quarter turning the net design for added depth, it transforms the one dimensional pattern into Hawaiʻi's signature checkered style known as Palaka.
